About Meghan Field
Meghan Field is a registered dietitian who helps people feel better in their bodies without rigid rules or one-size-fits-all plans. She works with individuals who are tired of conflicting nutrition advice and just want clarity, confidence, and a realistic path forward.
Whether you’re navigating digestive issues, weight management, emotional eating, high cholesterol, blood sugar challenges, or simply want to build healthier habits that actually stick, Meghan meets you where you are. Her approach is practical, compassionate, and rooted in sustainable change – not quick fixes.

Meghan Field is has been working as a dietitian for more than 20 years. She studied at Michigan State University and the University of Kentucky. Meghan is a mother of two who enjoys skiing with her family, knitting, plays cello with the Southern Maine Symphony Orchestra and now teaching Pilates at Mend Sculpt.

What can I expect from a personalized meal plan?
Do you offer meal plans for individuals with specific health conditions?
Yes, I do. I have experience creating meal plans for a variety of health conditions, including (but not limited to) weight management, diabetes, cardiovascular health, and digestive issues. However, it’s essential to consult with your physician or healthcare provider for any medical diagnoses or treatment plans. My nutritional guidance complements, but does not replace, medical advice. During our initial consultation, we can discuss your specific needs and tailor a plan that works in conjunction with your medical care.
